Q: Will Century market directly to my students?
A: We understand your concern and have addressed this in the creation of Century Direct. Once your student has ordered from your website, they are associated with your account from that point forward. Meaning, if they buy once from your website, but then go to www.centuryfitness.com and order product, you will get credit for the order. If they call in and order product after buying at least one time from your website, you will get credit for the order and receive a commission check at the end of month for the difference between published wholesale and retail pricing less a 5% processing fee.
While we are taking every step possible to make sure we don't market to your customer, you can see that once your customer is associated with your distributor id, you will receive the credit for the order.
Remember, in order for that student or customer to be associated with your distributor id they must first complete a transaction on your website. Then after that, the customer is yours.
Q: How much does it cost and how do I pay for my site?
A: The cost is a one time setup fee of $100 and a monthly fee of $40. You may pay via credit card or an automatic withdrawal from your bank account. After the initial charge we will automatically debit your account every 30 days.
Q: What if I don't want to offer all the Century products on my site?
A: No problem, we allow you to deselect entire categories of products or just one product at a time. Only the items you choose will be displayed on your site.
Q: Can I discount products through my website?
A: You bet. We give you great flexibility in how you price the products you are selling on your site. You can apply a discount to an entire category of products or just one product at a time. In addition, you can use coupon codes to offer a special discount to anyone you choose from new students to members of your black belt club. Finally, you can bundle products together and apply discounts to the bundle as well. However, please realize the CenturyDirect service is designed exclusively for martial arts schools. Suppliers, retailers, and end consumers are not eligible for the CenturyDirect service. Century reserves the right to remove anyone from this service who is not a martial arts school.
Q: Can students sign up for a class / program on my site?
A: Yes, we provide an online form they can fill out and an email is automatically sent to the class instructor or anyone of your choice.
Q: Do I have to fill out a W-9?
A: Yes. Before we can pay you a commission check our accounting department must have a W-9 on file. You can print off a copy of the form by clicking here. Once you have completed the form please fax it to Linn Brady at 800-400-5485.
Q: Is there an agreement I must sign to use the website?
A: Yes, you must electonically Accept the Terms and Conditions of the Usage Agreement when you log onto your website as the Administrator for the first time. To view the Usage Agreement, click here.
Q: When students buy a bundle on my site can they also pay for the class / program as well?
A: No, currently only Century products can be purchased through the ecommerce feature.
Q: What if I already have a website but want to sell the Century products over the web?
A: For a small additional fee our customer support personnel can work with you to get all the information on your current site transferred over to a new Century Direct site that will not only be easy to update and maintain but will allow you to offer our products online.
Q: How do I know who has bought products on my website and when do I get paid my portion of the sales?
A: We provide you with a rolling 30 day report that shows all your orders. We will cut checks for the previous month and have them in hands on the 15th. An example will be on April 15th you will receive a check for the time frame of March 1st through March 30th. Commission checks will be cut for each period where commission exceeds $25.00. Otherwise the value will roll forward and be cut the next period the $25.00 threshold is met. Note: You must have returned a W9 form for the Century Direct program prior to being paid your commissions.
Q: Can I get my own domain name / custom website address?
A: Yes, if you already own a domain name all you have to do is transfer it to point to our servers, Contact us at 866-492-6296 for more details. If you want to purchase one it's only $29.99 per year. Give us a call and will get you set up.
Q: Is there a long term contract associated with your offer?
A: NO! We are so confident this will benefit your business you may cancel anytime. The service is on a month to month basis.

Q: Can I update my site once it is created?
A: Yes, you can update your site 24 hours a day from any computer that has a connection to the Internet. All you need is your user id and password.
Q: Can I put my own pictures on my site?
A: Yes, you can upload your own photographs or other images directly to your site in the Edit Content section of the Administration area.
Q: How will people find me on the Web?
A: By placing your web address on your business cards, letterhead, and sales literature.
Q: Can I upload my logo?
A: Yes, your site will come with your name and address information already pre-loaded. If you have a custom logo you can easily add it to your site through our simple to use Administration area.
Q: How many pages can I have on my website?
A: You can add as many pages as you would like for no additional charge.
Q: Can I limit who can see certain information on my site?
A: Yes, you can designate any page as a private page and assign a username and password to only those individuals you want to access the private pages.
